Title: Pineapple Crumble

FILLING | ||
16 | oz | Can unsweetened pineapple, - crushed & drained |
2 | md | Pears, peeled, cored & diced |
1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | ds | Nutmeg |
CRUMB TOPPING | ||
3 | tb | Soy or safflower margarine |
2/3 | c | Matzo meal |
1/3 | c | Ground walnuts |
1/2 | c | Light brown sugar |
1/2 | ts | Cinnamon |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl & pat into a 9-inch square baking pan.
Melt margarine in a skillet & remove from heat. Stir in the remaining topping ingredients till evenly coated with the margarine. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the pineapple mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
