Title: Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Yield: 2 Crusts

2cWhite flour (app)
1 3/4cWhole wheat flour
1/4cWhite flour
1tsSalt
1 1/2cWater
2tbSalad oil
  Set for 10 min:
1tsSugar
1/2cLukewarm water
1 Package yeast

Set yeast in 1 ts sugar and 1/2 c lukewarm water for 10 min. Heat 1 1/2 c of water and 2 tbsp salad oil until warm; stir in yeast. Mix whole wheat flour, first amount of white flour, and salt in bowl. Stir in yeast mixture. Knead for 5 minutes with the extra white flour. Place in greased bowl and let rise for 45 minutes (covered). Divide in two and roll out. Add toppings and bake at 450 F for 20 min. Recipe from: Val Gerlach, Saskatoon, SK
