Title: Sylvie's Salad Dressing

Yield: 24 Servings

12ozPlain yogurt
6ozLight olive oil
1 Juice of lemon
1tbBrown mustard
1tbDijon mustard
  Salt to taste
  Pepper to taste
  Various herbs

Mix all ingredients together. It should be the consistency of ranch dressing. If too thick, thin with more oil.

Makes approximately 1-1/2 cups, or about 24 servings.
