Title: Pineapple Cake

2cFlour
2cSugar
2 Eggs
1tsBaking soda
1/4tsSalt
1 20-oz cn crushed pineapple,
  Do no drain
1/4cVegetable oil
  Frosting:
1/4cSugar
1/2cMargarine
1/2cEvaporated milk
1/2cPecans or 1/2 c coconut

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until blended. Pour batter into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min.

Frosting:

Cook sugar, margarine, & milk over medium heat until thick & bubbly (about 5 min). Add pecans or coconut & stir well. Spread on cake while icing is still hot.
