Title: White Texas Sheet Cake

1 | c | Margarine |
1 | c | Water |
2 | c | Flour |
2 | c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs, beaten | |
1 1/4 | c | Sour cream |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Almond extract |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
Frosting: | ||
1 1/4 | c | Margarine |
1 1/2 | c | Milk |
1 1/4 | c | Almond extract |
1 | c | Walnuts or pecans |
4 1/2 | c | Confectioners sugar |
Melt margarine & water in saucepan. Remove from heat & stir in flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream, extract, salt, & baking soda. Beat until smooth. Pour into greased 15x10" pan & bake at 375 degrees 20-22 min. Cool.
Frosting:
Heat margarine & milk, then mix in remaining ingredients.
