29 | oz | Pinto beans, canned;drained |
6 | cl | Garlic; chopped |
1 | pn | Chili powder |
3/4 | c | Cracker meal |
2 | | Green onions; chopped |
1 | | Handful parsley; chopped |
2 | | Egg whites |
1/8 | c | Seasoned rice vinegar |
In bowl, mash beans by hand or with potato masher. Add cracker meal,
seasoned rice vinegar, chili powder and egg whites and contine to mash.
Sautee onions, garlic and parsley in olive oil for a few mins and add to
bean mix. When well blended, form patties and grill or pan fry until brown.
Serve as you would hamburger.
