Title: Squash Casserole

Yield: 6 Servings

2cSquash (cooked)
6tbButter
2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
1tsSalt
1/2tsPepper
1cOnion (chopped)
1cCheese (shredded)
1cEvaporated milk
2cCracker crumbs

Mash cooked squash. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased, 1 quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes.
