Title: Squash Casserole

2 | c | Squash (cooked) |
6 | tb | Butter |
2 | Eggs (slightly beaten) | |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
1 | c | Onion (chopped) |
1 | c | Cheese (shredded) |
1 | c | Evaporated milk |
2 | c | Cracker crumbs |
Mash cooked squash. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased, 1 quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes.
