Title: Fresh Pear Salad

1/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | tb | Cornstarch |
1/8 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Pear juice; or nectar |
1/2 | c | Orange juice |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
6 | md | Pears; peeled, halved, cored |

Cottage cheese |
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan; stir in juices. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Arrange pear halves on lettuce leaves; spoon a small amount of cottage cheese into cente of each. Spoon fruit dressing over each pear.
