Title: Orange Garlic Butter

Yield: 1 Servings
4 | oz | Butter |
1 1/2 | tb | Zested orange peel |
2 | md | Cloves garlic |
Salt to taste | ||
White pepper to taste |
Leave butter out until soft and whip until it turns white. Add remaining ingredients; set aside. Just before serving, place 1 TB orange garlic butter on top of stuffed romaine; melt. Suggestions: Use as an appetizer; garnish with sliced blanched carrots in Grand Marnier. Serves 4-6.
