Title: Chevre Crackers

1/2cUnsalted butter; room temp
4ozGoat cheese; room temp
2tbFreshly grated Parmesan
1cAll-purpose flour
1/2tsSalt
1pnCayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 375 deg. Blend butter and both cheeses in processor until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Process until just blended using on/off turns. Transfer mixture to pastry bag fitted with medium star tip (no. 4). Pipe in 2-inch-long strips on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until edges begin to brown, about 8 minutes. Cool on rack. Store in airtight container.
