1/4lbSmoked salmon
1/2lbSmoked mackerel fillets
8ozLight cream cheese
2tsLemon juice
1tsHorseradish
  Fresh ground pepper

Remove skin and bones from smoked mackerel. Puree all ingredients in a food processor. Package for refrigerator.
