1/2 | c | Sesame tahini |
6 | tb | Brown rice vinegar |
30 | | Garlic; minced |
3 | tb | Parsley; chopped (fresh) |
2 | tb | Tamari |
Blend filling ingredients in a food processor to make thick paste. Add a
bit of water if necessary to achieve desired consistency. Fill and cook
tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure" ** Hint: Add 4 minced
sun-dried tomatoes to hummus. ** Hint: Freeze or refrigerate leftover
