Title: Meatless Bulgur-Filled Tamales

1 | c | Bulgar wheat uncooked (fine) |
8 | | Sun-dried tomatoes; minced |
1/4 | c | Bell pepper; chopped |
2 | tb | Onion; dried |
2 3/4 | c | Water; boiling |
4 | tb | Brown rice miso |
2 | tb | Arrowroot powder |
In a Medium sized mixing bowl, combine bulgur, tomatoes, pepper and onion.
Add boiling water, stir and cover with a dinner plate. Let sit for 15
minutes. Add miso and arrowroot, stirring thoroughly. Fill and cook tamales
