3ozSunflower flour
2tsOnions; minced
1/3tsThyme
1/3tsOregano
1/2tsSalt
1/2tsSoy sauce
2tbSunflower oil
3ozSpinach; coarsely chopped
3ozArtichoke hearts, marinated chopped into bite-size pieces
3ozCelery; chopped into bite- size pieces
3ozBrown rice; cooked

Combine flour with onion, thyme, oregano, salt, soy sauce, and oil. Mix well. Saute flour mixture with vegetables and sunflower oil in skillet or wok. Add rice and saute for 7 minutes.
