1 | c | Tomato juice |
2 | Hard-cooked eggs, shelled and quartered | |
1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
3 | tb | Cider vinegar |
2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 | ts | Worchestershire sauce |
1 1/2 | ts | Sugar |
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into a jar and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
