4cMayonnaise
1cSweet relish, drained
1cChow chow (sour) drained
1dsLouisiana hot sauce
1cFinely chopped parsley
1dsLea & Perrins
1 Bunch green onions, chopped
1mdOnion, chopped fine

Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate overnight for best flavor. This can be used on all seafood. Sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for some time.
