Title: Bean, Barley & Sausage Soup

1lbKidney beans, dry
1pkSmoked Polish sausage,sliced
1tbSalt
1 3/4qtWater
1cBarley, regular
2xGarlic cloves; peeled
  Parsely sprigs

Put rinsed beans in large saucepan. Add water, cover and let stand overnight. Drain off water the next day. Put beans, barley and remaining ingredients into a crock pot. Stir. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
