3 | Egg whites | |
20 | Round buttery crackers; roll | |
1 | c | Sugar; fine |
1/4 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | c | Finely chopped pecans |
1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
Whipped cream |
Grease 9" glass piepan. Beat egg whites til stiff; fold in sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Beat until stiff. Fold in cracker crumbs & chopped pecans. Pour mix into piepan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins. Top with==>> whipped cream. Yield: 6-8 servings.
