Title: Baked Chicken Drummettes

4 | lb | Chicken drummettes |
1 | c | Butter; or margarine |
2 | c | Parmesan cheese |
1/4 | c | Parsley; chopped |
2 | tb | Oregano |
4 | ts | Paprika |
2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Pepper |
Melt butter. Mix remaining ingredients except chicken. Dip drummettes in butter and roll in cheese mixture. Arrange in shallow dish lined with foil. Bake at 350 deg. for 45 min. May be prepared the day before and reheated. Also, freezes well.
