1cGreen beans; drained
1cWax beans
1cKidney beans; washed and dr
  Sauce:
2 Garlic
1cWine vinegar
1/4cTarragon vinegar
1cWesson oil
1/4cOlive oil
1 1/4cSugar
2tsItalian seasoning; dry
1tsCelery seed

Layer in a glass bowl: in between layers place thinly sliced Bermuda or white onion slices. Blend on medium until thick, cover beans with sauce and refrigerate for best results before serving.
