Title: Sweet & Sour Green Beans

1 | c | Green beans; drained |
1 | c | Wax beans |
1 | c | Kidney beans; washed and dr |
Sauce: | ||
2 | Garlic | |
1 | c | Wine vinegar |
1/4 | c | Tarragon vinegar |
1 | c | Wesson oil |
1/4 | c | Olive oil |
1 1/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | ts | Italian seasoning; dry |
1 | ts | Celery seed |
Layer in a glass bowl: in between layers place thinly sliced Bermuda or white onion slices. Blend on medium until thick, cover beans with sauce and refrigerate for best results before serving.
