Title: Potato Soup 2

10 | Potatoes, medium, peeled and | |
1 | Onion, medium, diced | |
3 1/2 | c | Water |
1/4 | ts | Pepper, black |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
1 | tb | Butter |
1 | c | Milk |
1 | c | Half & half |
Mix all ingredients except milk and half & half. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cook until potatoes are tender, mash lightly (chunky). Add milk, half & half and heat. Season to taste. Cook County Farm Bureau
