2 | pk | Raspberry jello |
3 | c | Boiling water |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | cn | Cranberry sauce (large) |
2 | | Oranges |
1 | c | Chopped pecan meats |
Dissolve gelatin in boing water; add salt. Cool and chill until mixture is
partially set. Crush cranberry sauce with fork. Grind oranges including
the peelings. Mix with cranberry sauce and chopped pecans. Fold into
gelatin. Mold in shallow pan and chill until firm. Cut into squares and
serve on lettuce with mayonnaise. Cream cheese balls make a nice garnish.
