Title: Family-Size Tuna Melt

2 | c | Bisquick baking mix |
1/3 | c | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
1/3 | c | Milk |
13 | oz | Can tuna, drained |
1/2 | c | Finely chopped celery |
2 | tb | Sweet relish |
6 | sl | American cheese |
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix baking mix, 1/3 cup mayonnaise and the milk
until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Turn onto surface
floured with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Pat into rectangel, 12 x 8
inches, on greased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, about 8 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese. Spread over hot rectangle. Top
with cheese slices. Bake until filling is hot and cheese is melted, about 5
minutes.
