Title: Cabbage Scramble

2 | tb | Oil |
3 | Garlic clove | |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | Cabbage, small; very finely | |
2 | Scallion; finely sliced | |
1 | tb | Onion; chopped |
3 | oz | Shrimp, small; cooked & dice |
1/2 | ts | Pepper, black |
4 | Egg; beaten |
Heat the oil in a wok. Add the onion, garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper and stir-fry until the onions are translucent. Mix in the cabbage and then add the eggs. Cook, stirring, until the eggs are set. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with scallions.
