Title: Curried Seafood Salad

1/4 | c | Vinegar |
1 1/2 | ts | Curry powder |
5 | c | Lettuce |
1 | c | Celery |
8 | oz | Shrimp, cooked |
1/2 | c | Coconut |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
1 | tb | Honey |
1/3 | c | Oil |
3 | c | Spinach |
1/2 | Cucumber | |
6 | oz | Crab meat |
1/2 | c | Almonds, chopped |
Blend first four ingredients, adding oil gradually. Toss with all ingredients except last three. Sprinkle those on top.
