Title: Potatoes Baked in Sour Cream

2 | sm | Onions |
3 | tb | Butter |
2 | tb | To 3 tb green dill; chopped |
1 | c | Sour cream |
Clean and peel potatoes, slice and cook by adding to boiling salted water,
drain. Chop onion finely, brown lightly in butter, place in casserole,
mix with
green dill and sour cream. Add cooked potatoes to this sauce, salt to
taste, cover, place in oven. Bake until tender, being careful to prevent
burning or too thick a sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little
water. Serve in casserole with raw salad.
