36 | | Shrimp,deveined shelled cook |
1 1/2 | c | Thin sliced red onion |
3 | | Hard boiled eggs, quartered |
3/4 | c | Crumbled feta cheese |
1 | tb | Dijon mustard |
1/4 | c | Fresh coriander leaves |
3 | tb | Lemon juice |
2 | tb | Red wine vinigar |
6 | tb | Olive oil |
Put the watercress about the plate, then arrange alternating orange slices
and shrimp. Put the onions over the plate and then the cooked eggs.
Sprinkle with feta and coriander leaves. Mix the rest in a shaker and pour
over salad before serving.
