Title: Zesty Corn Salsa

Yield: 2 Cups

1		Can whole kernel sweet corn,
		Drained
1/4	c	Chopped red bell pepper
2		Green onions, sliced
1		Jalapeno pepper, seeded, and
		Chopped
1	tb	Chopped fresh cilantro
2	tb	Lime juice
1	tb	Oil
1/2	ts	Salt

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors. Try this salsa on burgers or with poultry, beef or pork.
