Title: Bake Sale Lemon Bars

1 1/2cAll-purpose flour
2/3cConfectioner's sugar
3/4cButter or margarine; softened
3 Eggs; lightly beaten
1 1/2cSugar
3tbAll-purpose flour
1/4cLemon juice
  Additional confectioner's sugar

Recipe by: Taste Of Home June/July '96 Combine flour, sugar and butter; pat into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy; pour over the hot crust. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Dust with confectioner's sugar. Cut into squares.
