| 2 | ts | Instant coffee powder |
| MINT MOUSSE | ||
| 1/4 | ts | Peppermint extract |
| TO PREPARE | ||
| 2 1/3 | c | Milk |
Combine ingredients in small bowl. Add optional special ingredients if desired. Place mix in sealable plastic bag and then in gift bag. Include recipe:
Add 2-1/3 cups milk to mix in large mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer on high speed until fluffy. Serve immediately or chill until serving time.
