Title: Egg Sandwich Rolls

Yield: 8 Rolls
3/4 | c | Milk |
2 | lg | Eggs |
3 | c | Bread flour |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
3 | tb | Butter |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
2 1/4 | ts | Yeast |
2 | tb | Melted butter or marg for right before baking |
Place on lightly floured bread board, form into large ball. Cover with cloth and let rest 10 min.
Lightly spray or grease large baking sheet.
Divide into 8 rolls. Flatten (Brush with cold water, sprinkle with sesame. seeds if desired) or pat lightly with extra flour.
Preheat oven 140 for 2 min Then turn off.
Place tray in warm oven. Let rise covered 1 1/2 hours
At 1 hr 15 min, remove pan to counter..Preheat oven.
Melt 2 T butter or marg. Brush tops and sides of rolls.
Bake 375 for 20 mins
