Title: Caraway Rye Pan Rolls

Yield: 16 Rolls
3/4 | c | Water |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
2 | c | All purpose flour |
1 | c | Rye flour |
2 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Caraway seeds (or less to taste) |
2 | ts | Red Star Yeast |
Set on dough Turn out bread, let sit 10 min covered.
Divide into 16 pieces
Roll each piece into a small ball.
Place in greased 9 x 9 pan or 9 x 13 pan.
Preheat oven at 140 for 2 min., turn oven off
Place covered pan in oven. Let rise until doubled. Remove pan.
Preheat oven to 400 Bake for 18 mins until golden brown.
Remove, and cool on rack
