2 | tb | Red wine vinegar |
7 | tb | Peanut, corn, or olive oil * |
Salt to taste, if desired | ||
Freshly ground pepper |
Combine all the ingredients in a small jar. Close and shake until thoroughly blended. Serve over salad greens.
* recipe calls for 6 to 8 tablespoons of oil. I used 7 as an average.
