2 | c | Blueberries |
32 | oz | Vinegar, rice wine; or white wine |
Rice wine vinegar is best to use when making fruit-flavored vinegar.
In saucepan, combine half of berries with vinegar. Heat for 10 minutes, but do not boil. Place remaining well-washed berries in bottle. Strain vinegar through fine strainer. Fill bottle and cap. Store in refrigerator.
