Title: Onion-Chive Flatbread

Yield: 6 Servings
1 | lb | Bread flour (or any high gluten flo; sifted |
1 | ts | Yeast |
2 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Olive oil |
1 1/8 | c | Cold water |
2 | tb | Chives; minced |
2 | tb | Scallions; minced |
3 | tb | White onion; minced |
Mix ingredients and knead for 10 minutes. Put into lightly greased bowl and refrigerate 4-6 hours. When ready cut into 6 equal pieces, dust with flour and shape into round flats. Paint with oil, season with salt &/or garlic powder and grill on bbq until golden brown.
Alternative: Preheat oven to 400 F. and bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Can be used as pizza dough.
