Title: Pasta with Olive Oil, Olives, Garlic, & Anchovies

1/4 | c | Olive oil |
4 | lg | Garlic cloves, minced |
2 | oz | Can anchovy filets drained and chopped |
4 | oz | Can sliced black olives, drained well |
8 | oz | Spaghetti, cooked according to package directions |
2 | ts | Lemon juice |
| | Fresh cracked pepper, to taste |
1 | tb | Chopped parsley |
2 | tb | Parmesan cheese |
Heat oil in a small skillet. Add garlic and saute 2 min. Add anchovies and
cook until garlic browns a little, about 3 minutes. Cook and drain
spaghetti and place in a large bowl. Add garlic/oil/anchovy mixture, lemon
juice and black olives. Toss to coat well. Divide between plates and
sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
