1 | lb | Shrimp |
1 | oz | Cooking oil |
1 | tb | Onion; chopped |
1 | tb | Garlic; chopped |
1 | tb | Chives; chopped |
1 | tb | Ginger; freshly ground |
1 | oz | Chile pepper of choice; chopped |
Salt to taste |
Heat oil in a large skillet. Saute onions, garlic, chives, ginger and chile for three minutes, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and cover. Cook for four minutes. Add salt. Serve hot with steamed rice.
