1lbShrimp
1ozCooking oil
1tbOnion; chopped
1tbGarlic; chopped
1tbChives; chopped
1tbGinger; freshly ground
1ozChile pepper of choice; chopped
  Salt to taste

Heat oil in a large skillet. Saute onions, garlic, chives, ginger and chile for three minutes, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and cover. Cook for four minutes. Add salt. Serve hot with steamed rice.
