Title: Basil Red Sauce

Yield: 4 Cups
29 | oz | Canned tomatoes; undrained, coarsely chopped |
3 | oz | Sun-dried tomatoes |
1/3 | c | Basil, fresh; chopped |
1/4 | c | Onions, chopped |
4 | Garlic cloves, crushed | |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Black pepper, ground |
1/4 | ts | Sugar |
1 | tb | Vinegar, rice wine, seasoned |
1 | tb | Oil, olive |
Bring both tomatoes to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool 5 minutes.
Pulse process tomato mixture, basil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar briefly to blend ingredients. With processor running, gradually add vinegar and oil; process until well blended.
