1 1/2 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Cocoa |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1/3 | c | Oil |
1 | tb | Vinegar, white |
2 | ts | Extract, vanilla |
1 | c | Water |
FILLING | ||
11 | oz | Cream cheese; softened |
1 | Eggs | |
1/3 | c | Sugar |
1 | c | Chocolate chips, miniature |
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine filling ingredients except chips in small mixing bowl; beat well. Stir in chips and set aside.
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, and baking soda in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour half of chocolate batter into well-greased 9'1/2" bundt pan. Spoon filling onto center of batter. Top with remaining chocolate batter. Bake 50-55 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Remove cake from pan and cool on wire rack.
