1	c	Flour
1 1/2	c	Corn meal
1	ts	Baking powder
2 1/4	c	Milk
1/2	tb	Sugar
		Dash of salt
2	tb	Louisiana Hot Sauce
1	pk	Hot Dogs

Combine all ingredients to form a batter. If too thick add a little more milk. Dip hot dogs in batter and drop them into hot oil. Fry to golden brown. Serve with mustard.
