1 | c | Flour |
1 1/2 | c | Corn meal |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
2 1/4 | c | Milk |
1/2 | tb | Sugar |
Dash of salt | ||
2 | tb | Louisiana Hot Sauce |
1 | pk | Hot Dogs |
Combine all ingredients to form a batter. If too thick add a little more milk. Dip hot dogs in batter and drop them into hot oil. Fry to golden brown. Serve with mustard.
