3 | Eggs | |
12 | fl | Milk, canned |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
6 | oz | Cheddar, shredded |
1/2 | c | Onions, green, chopped |
1 | Bell peppers |
Preheat oven to 350. Grease or spray with vegetable cooking spray 9" quiche pan.
Cut sausage into chunks. Chop bell peppers. Place half of sausage in bottom of pan. Combine remaining ingredients (except sausage) and pour into quiche pan. Add remaining sausage. Bake 45-50 minutes, until set. Allow to cool 10 minutes.
