Amounts of ingredients will depend on number of people you have to
serve.Arrange vegetables, cheese, meats, eggs and fish on bed of lettuce.
Sprinkle with capers and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with
olive oil and wine vinegar if desired.
