1lbGround beef
1lgOnion; chopped
1c(28 oz) tomatoes; chopped, liquid reserved
1c(6 oz) tomato paste
2tbVinegar
1tbChili powder
1tsGarlic powder
1/4tsDried crushed red pepper (optional)
10cCabbage; shredded

In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onion; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage; mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
