Juice from 1 large lemon | ||
1 | tb | Raspberry vinegar |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
1 | tb | Roasted sunflower seeds |
Grate the carrots and toss with remaining ingredients. Hold the sunflower seeds until just ready to serve.
