Title: Jello-Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/4 | c | Unsifted all-purpose flour |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1 | c | Butter or margarine |
3/4 | c | Light brown sugar (packed) |
1/4 | c | Granulated sugar |
1 | pk | Jello vanilla flavored `instant' pudding and pie filling |
2 | Eggs | |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
12 | oz | Chocolate chips (1 pkg) |
1 | c | Chopped nuts (opt) |
Mix flour with baking soda. combine butter, the sugars and pudding mix in large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
NOTE:For Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies, use Jello Chocolate flavor.
