| 2 | tb | Sour cream |
| 2 | tb | Ketchup |
| 2 | tb | Flour |
| 1 | pk | Dry onion soup mix |
| 1 | lb | Ground beef |
| 1/3 | c | Spicy V-8 juice |
| | | Ketchup for topping |
Into blender put first 5 ingredients, blend until smooth. In a bowl,
combine these 5 ingredients into ground meat and mix well. Put this mixture
into a greased 2 lb. loaf pan and cover withy foil and bake at 400 degrees
for about 45 minutes. After first 15 minutes coat the top in ketchup and
add V-8 juice around the edges and bake for the rest of the 45 minutes.
