1	c	Sifted powdered sugar
2	tb	Unsweetened cocoa powder
1	tb	Milk; more if necessary

In a small mixing bowl combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in 1 tablespoon milk. Stir in additinal milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until smooth and of drizzling consistency.

Makes about 1 cup.
