1 | c | Sugar, brown; firmly packed |
3 | tb | Flour, all-purpose |
2 | ts | Mustard, dry |
1 | c | Pineapple juice |
1/2 | c | Vinegar |
1 1/2 | ts | Soy sauce |
2 | lb | Little wieners |
2 | lb | Cocktail smoked sausages |
Combine brown sugar, flour, and mustard in saucepan. Add pineapple juice,
vinegar, and soy sauce. Heat to boiling; stirring constantly. Boil 1
minute. Stir in wieners and sausages. Cook slowly for 5 minutes or until
heated through. Keep warm over low heat in chafing dish. Use wooden picks
for serving.
